Terms of Service

Effective date: March 30, 2026

By using stack.pub, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What stack.pub does

stack.pub generates visual portfolio pages for newsletter writers. It pulls publicly available data (titles, cover images, and links) from your publication's RSS feed and public API to build a shareable photo grid. You control your page's design, URL, and settings.

Accounts

You sign in with your email via a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email associated with your account. Each account may claim one portfolio page.

Your content

stack.pub displays content from your publication. You retain all rights to your original work. By creating a page, you authorize stack.pub to fetch and display your publicly available post titles, cover images, and links for the purpose of rendering your portfolio.

Pro subscriptions

Pro features are available via paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

Acceptable use

You may only create a page for a publication you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use stack.pub to misrepresent ownership of someone else's work. We reserve the right to remove any page that violates this.

Service availability

stack.pub is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update the service and these terms from time to time.

Liability

stack.pub is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or related outcomes resulting from use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
